AmerisourceBergen Corporation’s 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, at the Sofitel, 120 South 17th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below: The Board recommends a vote FOR all the listed nominees and FOR proposals 2 and 3. 1.
