In a news release issued on September 4, 2012, AmerisourceBergen Corporation (the “Registrant”) reiterated its expectation for diluted earnings per share in fiscal year 2012 to be in the range of $2.80 to $2.84.  The Registrant also reiterated its preliminary expectation for fiscal year 2013 diluted earnings per share growth in the high single digit to low double digit range.

Company Reiterates Earnings Per Share Guidance
