On August 18, 2010, ZBB Energy Corporation (“ZBB”) renewed and extended Mr. Scott Scampini’s employment agreement for the position of Executive Vice president of Operations and Chief Financial Officer.

A copy of the employment agreement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
