On September 17, 2007, Steven Jay Mueller was appointed to the Board of Directors of ZBB Energy Corporation (“ZBB”) as a Class III director. Mr. Mueller will be entitled to annual compensation of $50,000 for his services as a director. A copy of the press release issued by ZBB relating to this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
