On October 12, 2017, Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc. issued a press release announcing it has retained CB Capital Partners Inc. to act as its exclusive financial advisor and assist it in identifying potential merger and acquisition opportunities.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Pacific Health Care Organization Retains CB Capital Partners To Assist in Identifying Potential Merger and Acquisition Opportunities.
