Share-based Compensation	Share-based Compensation The Company recorded approximately $33 million and $73 million share-based compensation expense during the three and six months ended December 30, 2016, respectively. The Company recorded approximately $32 million and $65 million of shared-based compensation expense during the three and six months ended January 1, 2016, respectively.
