Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 26, 2017, Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. issued a press release announcing the commencement of tender offers to purchase for cash up to $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.850% Senior Notes due October 15, 2018, 3.625% Senior Notes due October 15, 2020, 4.500% Senior Notes due October 15, 2022, 3.500% Senior Notes due April 15, 2023, 3.875% Senior Notes due June 5, 2024, and 5.000% Senior Notes due October 15, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and the information set forth therein is incorporated herein by reference and constitutes a part of this report.
