As previously announced by Arbinet-thexchange, Inc. (the “Company” or “Arbinet”) in its press release dated November 19, 2007, Roger H. Moore has decided to retire as a director to pursue other professional opportunities, effective January 11, 2008. There is no disagreement between the Company and Mr. Moore.

A copy of the press release issued by the Company on November 19, 2007 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
