On January 1, 2024, Christopher Papagianis notified International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company and all committees thereof, effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Papagianis was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
