On May 30, 2008 the registrant issued the following press release:

MORRIS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY ANNOUNCES A 10-FOR-ONE STOCK SPLIT

Redondo Beach, CA May 30, 2008. . . Morris Business Development Company (OTC BB MBDV (old) MBDE (new)) announces a 10-for-one stock split that became effective today, May 30, at the open of business. The stock symbol is changed to MBDE. The new stock certificates that reflect the stock split are issuable by surrender of the existing certificates to the Stock Transfer Agent plus the payment of $30, said George Morris, CEO of the company.
