5.            Accounts Payable

As of June 30, 2021, current liabilities included accounts payable of $0.5 million, comprised primarily of amounts owed to the Company’s contract research organization for its clinical trial for prexigebersen in AML of $0.2 million, amounts owed for drug supply manufacturing of $0.2 million and other payables of $0.1 million. As of December 31, 2020, current liabilities included accounts payable of $0.1 million, comprised primarily of investor relations expenses and legal and patent fees of $0.1 million.
