Stockholders’ Equity totaled $8.9 million as of June 30, 2017 compared to $8.2 million as of December 31, 2016. There were 100,056,988 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of June 30, 2017. There were no preferred shares outstanding as of June 30, 2017.
