HOUSTON—September 2, 2015—Bio-Path Holdings, Inc., (NASDAQ: BPTH) (Bio-Path), a biotechnology company developing a liposomal delivery technology for nucleic acid cancer drugs, today announced that Peter Nielsen, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present a company overview at the 17^th Annual Rodman & Renshaw Global Investment Conference at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City on Wednesday, September 9 at 4:40 p.m. Eastern Time.
