6. Accrued License Payments – Related Party

Accrued license payments – related party totaling $100,000 and $100,000 were included in Current Liabilities as of December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. The amount for 2013 and 2012 represent reimbursement of past patent expenses incurred by MD Anderson prior to the Bio-Path license and the annual license maintenance fee.
