HOUTSON, TX, October 3, 2012 – Bio-Path Holdings, Inc., (OTCQX: BPTH) (“Bio-Path”), a biotechnology company developing a liposomal delivery technology for nucleic acid cancer drugs, today announced that Peter Nielsen, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present a company overview at the 11^th Annual BIO Investor Forum Conference in San Francisco on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time (2:30pm Eastern Time).
