41ST ANNUAL TECHNOLOGY, MEDIA & TELECOM CONFERENCE

Hsinchu, Taiwan, May 17, 2013 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: IMOS) today announced that it is scheduled to present at Cowen and Company’s 41st Annual Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on Thursday, May 30 at The New York Palace Hotel in New York City.

Mr. S.J. Cheng, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. S.K. Chen, Chief Financial Officer and Mr. David Wang, Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations, will be hosting meetings with investors to discuss the Company’s financial performance, business trends and growth opportunities.
