INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR CONFERENCE

Hsinchu, Taiwan, May 17, 2013 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: IMOS) today announced that it is scheduled to present at Craig-Hallum Capital Group’s 10th Annual Institutional Investor Conference on Wednesday, May 29th at the Marriott City Center in Minneapolis.

Mr. S.K.
