2008 Salary Information for Named Executive Officers

On January 30, 2008, the board of directors (the “Board”) of XenoPort, Inc. (the “Company”) approved, upon the recommendation of the compensation committee of the Board, annual salaries for 2008 for the Company’s “named executive officers” (as defined under applicable securities laws). The 2008 salary information for the named executive officers is set forth on Exhibit 10.28 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
