Item 8.01Other Events.

 

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) is saddened to report that Dr. David U’Prichard, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), passed away. Dr. U’Prichard has been a director since 2006 and served on the Board’s Compensation and Organization Development, Nominating and Corporate Governance, and Science and Technology Committees. The Company is extremely grateful for Dr. U’Prichard’s dedication and service to the Company. The Company’s management and Board extends its sincerest condolences to Dr. U’Prichard’s family.
