Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On June 30, 2008, James M. Judge resigned his position of Executive Vice President/Chief Credit Officer of Mission Community Bank and Mission Community Bancorp. Anita M. Robinson, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mission Community Bancorp, and the Chief Executive Officer of Mission Community Bank, will be acting as interim Chief Credit Officer for Mission Community Bank and Mission Community Bancorp until a suitable replacement is retained.
