Outstanding Principal of New Term Loan is Due and Payable on Fifth Anniversary of Draw Date

The new term loan amortizes in quarterly installments based on an increasing annual percentage. The first payment was due the last business day of the first calendar quarter ending after the borrowing date, quarterly payments are due on the last business day of each successive calendar quarter and all remaining outstanding principal is due and payable on the fifth anniversary of the borrowing date.
