Section 8 - Other Events

Item 8.01  Other Events.

The board of directors of Bio Solutions has approved a 1-for-1,000 reverse stock split of its currently outstanding shares of common stock. The reverse stock split will become effective on or about November 20, 2008. Our new symbol on this date will be “BSOM.OB.”
