Note 8. Related Party Transactions and Balances

During the three-month periods ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, the Company entered into the following related party transactions:

a) Pursuant to a consulting agreement with an effective date of November 14, 2017, a total of $15,000 (March 31, 2023 - $15,000) was paid or accrued to the Company's CFO. During the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Company reimbursed a company controlled by the CFO a total of $1,500 (March 31, 2023 - $1,500) in office rent.

As at March 31, 2024, there were $2,500 balances owing to related parties (March 31, 2023 - $nil ).
