Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated December 27, 2016, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated December 27, 2016, the company informed that it has sold to a non related party 1,795 leasable sqm corresponding to two office floors and 16 parking units of the Intercontinental Plaza building located in the neighborhood of "Monserrat" of the City of Buenos Aires , remaining 4,744 sqm of the building under the company's portfolio.

The amount of the transaction was set at USD 6.0 million, which has been fully paid.

The gross profit of the operation amounts to approximately ARS 46.4 million, which will be recognized in the financial statements of the second quarter of fiscal year 2017.
