Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated September 6, 2004 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:

By letter dated September 6, 2004, the Company reported that the Board of Directors resolved to propose to the next Shareholders Meeting the distribution of a cash dividend up to the sum of pesos 10.0 millions. That amount shall be charged to the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004 and shall be distributed among the shareholders on a pro rata basis. The Board of Directors is analyzing the future proposals to the shareholders meeting in relation to the fees. Furthermore, the Board is analyzing the possibility of recovering the amounts paid by the Company as substitute of the shareholders’ personal income tax (impuesto a los bienes personales).
