Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 28, 2003 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:

By letter dated November 28, 2003, the Company reported that holders of Company’s Convertible Notes exercised their conversion right. Hence, the Company financial indebtedness shall be reduced in US$ 208,477 and the increase of the Company ordinary shares is 6,191,850, face value pesos 0.1 (V$N 0.1) each. The conversion was performed according to terms and conditions established in the prospectus of issuance and according to Law N° 23,576 and Law N° 19,550, at the conversion rate of 29.7004 shares, face value pesos 0.1 per Convertible Note of face value US$ 1. As a result of that conversion the capital stock of the Company goes from 70,901,306.5 to 71,520,491.5 and the amount of shares of the Company goes from 709,013,065 to 715,204,915. On the other hand, the amount of registered Convertible Notes is US$ 49,490,039.
