On May 18, 2005, INTAC International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been notified by the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market that its hearing before a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has been scheduled for June 2, 2005.  A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
