At its July 25, 2019 meeting, the board of directors declared a prorated quarterly dividend of $0.34417 per depository share on the company’s 5.90% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock, payable August 15, 2019, to holders of record on August 5, 2019.
