RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	(8) RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the three months ended September 30, 2013, the Company entered into a one year consulting agreement with a non-employee director under which the director provides advisory services in support of the Company’s commercialization activities. In accordance with the agreement, the Company granted a restricted stock award for 4,277 shares of common stock that vests over one year, and will make cash payments totaling $60.0 thousand over the one year term of the agreement.
