DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT AND BOARD COMPOSITION
On April 2, 2014, Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”), informed
the securities exchanges in India on which its securities are listed that Mr. Pratik Kumar, CEO of Wipro Infrastructure Engineering, a division of Wipro Enterprises Limited, who has been handling additional responsibility and providing
leadership to the Human Resources function as the Executive Vice President – Human Resources for the Company, will now move full time to Wipro Infrastructure Engineering as its CEO. Mr. Saurabh Govil will serve as the Head of Human
Resources for the Company. These changes are effective April 1, 2014. A copy of the letter to the securities exchanges in India is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
