NOTICE OF COURT HEARING

On January 24, 2013, Wipro Limited, a company organized under the laws of the Republic of India (the “Company”), announced that the date of the court hearing for approval of the Scheme of Arrangement had been scheduled. We provided a notice of the court hearing date to all shareholders and placed an advertisement in certain Indian newspapers. A copy of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the form of the newspaper advertisement attached as Exhibit 99.2 are being provided pursuant to General Instruction B to Form 6-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
