BAB, Inc. Announces Dividend


Deerfield, IL – March 9, 2009 - BAB, Inc. (OTCBB: BABB), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share, payable on April 13, 2009 to shareholders of record as of March 27, 2009.

The Company has seen its growth adversely effected by the nation’s economic downturn and tight credit market; accordingly, its Board of Directors determined it appropriate to reduce the amount of its quarterly dividend from two cents ($0.02) to one cent ($0.01) per share.

BAB, Inc. operates, franchises, and licenses Big Apple Bagels ®, My Favorite Muffin ® Jacobs Bros. Bagels ® and Brewster’s ® Coffee.  The Company’s stock is traded on the OTCBB under the symbol BABB and its web site can be visited at www.babcorp.com.
