Deerfield, IL – November 26, 2007 - BAB, Inc. (OTCBB: BABB), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share and a special dividend of $0.02 per share, for a total of $0.04 per share, payable on January 4, 2008 to shareholders of record as of December 20, 2007.
 
BAB, Inc. operates, franchises, and licenses Big Apple Bagels ®, My Favorite Muffin ®, Jacobs Bros. Bagels ®, and Brewster’s ® Coffee.  The Company’s stock is traded on the OTCBB under the symbol BABB and its web site can be visited at www.babcorp.com.
