On June 3, 2024, NETGEAR, Inc. (“NETGEAR”) issued a press release regarding the ruling of an Administrative Law Judge of the U.S. International Trade Commission in response to a complaint filed with the ITC by NETGEAR in April 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
