ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE MARKET

BRF S.A. (“BRF” or “Company”) (B3: BRFS3; NYSE: BRFS) communicates to its shareholders and to the market in general that it retained, between March 25 and 31, 2020, credit facilities before financial institutions in Brazil, in the aggregate amount of, approximately, R$1,4 billion (one billion and four hundred million Brazilian Reais) and maturity of one year. This initiative aims to strengthen, preventatively, its liquidity level during this period of high volatility. It is worth highlighting that, on December 27, 2020, BRF retained a revolving credit facility before Banco do Brasil, up to the limit of R$1.5 billion, for the next 3 years, whose resources were not disbursed.

The Company continues to pursue its strategy of sustainable liquidity and financial discipline to face the uncertainty brought by the epidemic of Covid-19.
