Item 8.01 Other Matters.  The Company previously announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission had filed a civil action against the Company as well as its Chief Executive Officer and former Chief Financial Officer in U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, in an 8-K Current Report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 31, 2010.  The Company has been informed that two class action lawsuits involving similar allegations have been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased shares of the Company’s common stock during the period between March 28, 2007, and August 15, 2007.  The Company has not yet been served with either complaint.
