Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.


On June 29, 2019, Ghost Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) acquired all of the capital stock of GHST ART WORLD Inc., a Florida corporation, whose principal assets consisted of 119 art paintings and reproductions.
