On September 22, 2008, Aninda Katragadda resigned from her position as Corporate Controller and principal accounting officer of Metabolix, Inc. to take another position with the Company.  The Company’s Board of Directors has designated Joseph D. Hill, Chief Financial Officer, to serve as principal accounting officer, in addition to his position as principal financial officer of the Company.
