Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Oil States International, Inc. (the "Company") was held on May 7, 2024 (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders of the Company (i) elected two Class II members to the Board of Directors to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, (ii) approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's named executive officers, and (iii) ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2024. The voting results for each proposal were as follows:

1.    To elect two Class II members to the Board of Directors to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders:
