On October 27, 2021, Maxar Technologies Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s declaration of a cash dividend of $0.01 per share of outstanding common stock payable on December 31, 2021, to the stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2021.
A copy of the Company’s press release regarding the foregoing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
