Comstock Mining Receives Notification on Late Filing from NYSE American
Virginia City, NV (May 28, 2019) Comstock Mining Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE American: LODE) today announced the receipt of a Late Filing notification from the NYSE American LLC (the “Exchange”) because the Company has not filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q timely, for the quarter ended March 31, 2019.

In accordance with the Exchange’s rules, the Company has contacted the Exchange to discuss the Filing Delinquency and the Company is actively working to complete and file this Form 10-Q. During the six-month period from the date of the Filing Delinquency (the “Initial Cure Period”), the Exchange will monitor the Company and the status of the Form 10-Q filing and any subsequent reports until the Filing Delinquency is cured.

The Company’s common stock will continue to be listed on the Exchange while it attempts to regain compliance with the listing standard noted, subject to the Company’s ongoing compliance with other continued listing requirements. The Exchange notification does not affect the Company’s business operations and does not conflict with or cause an event of default under any of the Company’s material agreements.

Corrado De Gasperis, Executive Chairman and CEO of the Company, said, “We believe the NYSE is the best stock exchange in the world and could not be more appreciative of their communications and support. We admire the quality of the NYSE reputation, and appreciate the liquidity and protections it provides all of our shareholders and we do not see any of that changing, now or in the future. We expect to file our Form 10-Q next week.”

In the interim, the Company’s securities will continue to be listed on the Exchange, subject to the Company’s compliance with other continued listing requirements, and the Company’s common stock and preferred stock will continue to trade under the symbol “LODE,” respectively. The Exchange will make a late filer (“.LF”) indicator available on the consolidated tape.
