PDF Solutions expects total revenue in the range of $12.5 million to $13.0 million for the first fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2004. Pro forma net income (loss) for the first fiscal quarter of 2004, excluding amortization of stock-based compensation and acquired intangible assets, is projected in a range of ($145,000) to $205,000, or ($0.01) to $0.01 per diluted share. Reported net loss, on a GAAP basis, for the first fiscal quarter of 2004 is projected in a range of $1.5 million to $1.1 million, or $0.06 to $0.04 per diluted share. PDF Solutions expects total revenue in the range of $14.4 million to $15.2 million for the second fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2004. Pro forma net income for the second fiscal quarter of 2004, excluding amortization of stock-based compensation and acquired intangible assets, is projected in a range of $950,000 to $1.4 million, or $0.03 to $0.05 per diluted share.
