Sonoma Valley Bancorp declared a cash dividend of thirty cents ($0.30) per share on August 21, 2008.  The cash dividend is payable to shareholders of record on September 15, 2008 and will be paid on September 30, 2008.  For more information, please see the press release attached as Exhibit 99.
