Amortization expense for intangible assets was $7.8 million and $9.0 million during the first six months of 2013 and 2012, respectively.  Estimated amortization expense for the remainder of 2013 is $7.6 million; $15.3 million for 2014 and 2015; $15.1 million for 2016; $14.7 million for 2017; and $14.3 million for 2018.  The Company does not have any accumulated impairment losses.
