Other Events.

On April 15, 2013, The Board of Directors of Trailblazer Resources, Inc. notified the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Temple Mountain Energy, LLC (TME) that Trailblazer Resources would not proceed with proposed acquisition of certain TME assets since the results of Trailblazer’s due diligence investigation of TME were not satisfactory. 

Trailblazer has launched a new effort to identify an appropriate acquisition target that will drive shareholder value, and will move aggressively to secure a new strategic opportunity.
