CERAGON NETWORKS® FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END 2011 FINANCIAL RESULTS SCHEDULED FOR RELEASE ON FEBRUARY 28, 2012

Paramus, New Jersey, January 5, 2012 - Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), the premier wireless backhaul specialist, provides today details of the conference call for the fourth quarter and year end 2011 financial results. The Company will issue a press release announcing its results during pre-market hours on Tuesday, February 28, 2012.
