Explanation of Responses:

1. This option vests monthly over four years beginning on the Vesting Commencement Date, and with respect to an additional 1/48th of the Shares when the Optionee completes each full month of continuous Service thereafter.

2. The RSUs vest quarterly in equal installments of 1/16th over four years beginning on the Vesting Commencement Date, when the individual completes each full quarter of continuous service thereafter. For avoidance of doubt, quarterly vesting shall occur on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31 of 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, respectively.
