Other Long-term Payables Other long-term payables as of December 31, 2011 include a government subsidy of approximately US$7,888,000 received for the Company’s automated high-power lithium battery project from the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as well as government subsidy of approximately US$3,261,000 received for the Company’s various research and development projects.
