PRUDENTIAL PLC BOARD CHANGES

We announced the appointment of Tidjane Thiam as Group Finance Director and successor to Philip Broadley on 21 September 2007. As required by Listing Rule 9.6.12, we now confirm that Tidjane Thiam will join the Board as Group Finance Director with effect from 25 March 2008. Philip Broadley will cease to be Group Finance Director from that date, but will remain on the Board as an executive director until the Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2008. As announced previously, Philip will leave the Group with effect from 31 May 2008.
