Note 8. Net Loss Per Share

Upon us adopting ASU 2020-06 using the modified retrospective transition method on January 1, 2021, we applied the “if-converted” method for calculating any potential dilutive effect of the conversion of the 2019 Notes or the 2021 Notes on diluted net loss per share for the three and six months ended June 30, 2022 and June 30, 2021.
